REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DESIGN OF ARTICLES in the collection "SCIENTIFIC PROBLEMS OF ARCHITECTURE AND URBAN PLANNING"
Scientific articles on the following research topics are accepted for publication:
Architecture and urban planning.
Problems of preserving historical and architectural heritage.
Design of the architectural environment.
Architectural and artistic education.
Modern technologies and energy saving.
Aesthetic and philosophical aspects of architecture.
Construction and civil engineering.
The electronic file must be created in the Word editor and saved in the * .doc, * .docx format. The file name must contain the publication topic number and the surname of the first author (for example, 5 Ivanov.doc). The text of the article must be carefully edited, checked by the author and certified by his signature. The author of the scientific manuscript is responsible for errors in the provided materials.
Text format. Articles are submitted in English or Ukrainian and are printed in the original language. The text part of the article is typed on A4 sheets in Times New Roman 12 pt font, single-spaced, aligned along the width of the page, the top margin is 3 cm, other margins are 2 cm, the paragraph is 1.0 cm.
The volume of the article is 10 pages together with annotations, including bibliographical references.
Rules for typing texts:
the text is aligned along the width;
it is not allowed to replace a dash with a hyphen and vice versa;
pages are not numbered;
it is not allowed to create a paragraph using the Tab key and space characters;
a fragment of text can be highlighted in italics (underlining is not allowed);
bibliographical references are given in square brackets in the text of the article and in the list of references.
The first digit is the number in the list of references, the second is the page number. To indicate a range of pages (for example, 5-7), a dash is used without spaces. Page numbers that refer to the same source are separated by a semicolon.
For example: [4, p.25], [4, p.25-27], [4, p.25; 7, p.32-33], [17-21].
Graphic materials. All non-text objects must be created using Microsoft Word tools (Microsoft Excel Chart, Microsoft Equation).
Figures (diagrams, photos) and tables must be numbered, have a title and be placed after the first reference to them in the text (Fig. 1) or (Table 1.).
Illustrations are accepted in raster format *.jpg and must be sufficiently contrasting. The resolution must be 300 dots per inch (for the actual size of the image in the text of the article). Each figure is inserted into a table of two lines: the top one contains the image itself, the bottom one – the caption with the figure number. Alignment of the table contents – in the center (signed in 11 point font).
Articles that do not meet these requirements are not accepted for consideration. The submitted materials are subject to additional review by leading specialists in the relevant scientific areas. Articles that do not meet the requirements of the professional journal may be returned to the authors for revision or will be rejected.

The letter must indicate the topic of the publication.
After receiving the materials, the editorial board of the collection checks them, edits them (if necessary), agrees with the author, and sends them for review.
Submission of publications - 30 days (from the moment of invitation to publication); - manuscript review - 14 days; - publication printing - 30 days
After a positive review, payment for the publication is accepted -1000 UAH (regardless of the number of pages and the number of drawings).

The collection is published once a year (May - June of the current year).
Articles for the scientific collection are accepted during the month until December.

Abstract. The volume of not less than 1800 characters for the annotation in English and not less than 1000 characters in Ukrainian. The text of the annotation is printed in regular font. Before each annotation, the title of the article is given in the languages according to the language of the annotation, the author's initials and surname, email address, ORCID, place of work of the author.
The abstract should contain a brief summary of the article, including the problem statement, the purpose of the article, the presentation of the main material and conclusions.
Keywords: after each annotation in the relevant languages – no more than 10 words or phrases.

Structure of the article. The scientific research should be published for the first time and include the following elements in the scientific apparatus:
research.
Statement of the problem in general terms.
Analysis of recent research and publications.
Goal.
Research objectives.
Presentation of the main material.
Conclusions.
Prospects for further research.
Literature (must contain modern sources of information no more than 10 - 5 years; electronic sources contain correct references).
