Reviewing

According to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine №1111 of 17.10.2012, paragraphs 2.11 and 3.1, all articles are subject to mandatory review. The reviewing stage is carried out by the Editorial Board of the Collection by independent reviewers.

The purpose of the review is to improve the quality of scientific articles published in the Collection.

Articles written by postgraduate students, assistants, senior lecturers, and PhD candidates are reviewed by PhDs and Doctors of Sciences. Articles written by candidates of sciences, doctoral students, and applicants for the degree of doctor of sciences are reviewed by doctors of sciences. Articles by Doctors of Sciences are not subject to review.

Reviewers submit a written review of the manuscript, which indicates:

Evaluation of the scientific problem raised in the work and its relevance to the subject of the collection.
Assessment of the content of the article:

- scientific provisions and results presented in the article, novelty of scientific provisions and results;

- validity of scientific positions and results;

- significance of the scientific positions and results.

Comments on the presentation and layout of the article.
Suggestions for improving the text.
Conclusion on the possibility of publishing the article.

The review is kept in the editorial office for 2 years.
